ソニーマーケティングは、全国5カ所のソニーストア直営店において、自宅と店舗をオンラインの双方向映像コミュニケーションでつなぐ「リモート購入相談会」のサービスを開始しました。



事前予約制となり、一人につき1日1回30分まで。

相談費は無料となっています。

これ迄の店頭相談、電話相談に加え、自宅に居ながら、ソニーストアのスタイリストによる製品の購入前相談ができるオンラインでの接客サービスとなります。

スタイリストとリモート画面を繋ぎ、利用者の製品使用目的や設置環境を確認しながら、おうち時間を豊かに過ごすための大型テレビやスピーカーなど映像音響機器の提案や、リモートワークに使用するヘッドフォンの購入検討をはじめとする直営店で取り扱う全ての製品のコンサルティング接客を自宅で受けられるとしています。

相談後は、電話やソニーストアオンラインで製品購入できる他、コンサルティングを受けて実際に製品を体験したい場合はソニーストアに来店するなど利用者に合わせた購入方法を提供するとの事です。

このご時世ですから、出来るだけ外出や密を避けるという意味でのリモート相談なんでしょうけど、ハードウェアはどうしても実際に触ってみたり、肉眼で見てみたりしないと良し悪しが分かりにくいですよね…。

個人的にはこれの発展型として、バーチャルスペースにソニーストアを作り、VRで公開するといったバーチャルショールームとか出来ると嬉しいんですけどね。
